SeaCabbie is a pioneering ride-hailing platform enabling passengers to book launch or tender boats via a mobile application offering convenience, tracking, automated invoicing, and safety all while navigating maritime transit gaps in ports worldwide.  Originally birthed under SG Group’s digital innovation arm, SG Smart Tech (founded 2016), SeaCabbie launched in 2018 by  Abhinav Sahai as the world’s first passenger-launch-hailing service. The platform generates digital vouchers and automated invoices linked with AIS (Automatic Identification System) data, ensuring transparent billing for corporate clients. It also prioritizes safety and efficiency, as reflected in its track record of over 5,000 successful trips without a single work-related incident in 2018. In September 2023, SeaCabbie joined a high-profile green energy consortium led by Cyan Renewables to advance electric harbour craft operations in Singapore. Other partners included PSA Marine, Strategic Marine, Bureau Veritas Marine, Sea Forrest, and Victory.
